About the author

John is a 10 year resident of Carefree.  He has been a citizen activist since retiring as SVP & Chief Information Officer of a large Scottsdale insurance company.   John has long been a proponent of fiscal responsibility and equitable water rates in Carefree, where the town owned water company has imposed unregulated rate increases since acquisition in 1999.
